Notes
- If returned from 9:00 to 12:00, it will be treated as “half charge”. “Half rate” applies from rental of 1 night or more.
- One day of our basic rate will be within our business hours (9: 00-18: 00).
- All fees must be paid in advance. If payment cannot be confirmed by the designated date (the date set by our company), it will be cancelled so please be careful. (Reservation will be completed when payment is confirmed.)
- There is a long-term discount service:)
- Unstaffed return service is now available. When you return the vehicle, it does not have to be during our business hours.
- If you return after 18:00 (6PM), you will be charged an extension fee. The extension fee is usually 2,000 yen per hour but for unstaffed return customers, it is 1,000 yen! Please contact us in advance when extending.
- If you come to our store by your own car, you can park in our spot for free during the time of your rental dates. We will keep our eyes on it but please understand that we are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or damage to your car or its equipment. Please do not leave valuables inside.
- Pet-friendly vehicles are limited to indoor pets. You will need a copy of the certificates for the mixed and rabies vaccines within one year. This is because we consider campers to be equivalent to hotels and ryokans. Thank you for your understanding.
- Pets must be potty trained. If you are concerned, please put diapers on. Pets do not need to be in a crate but are not allowed to be on the bed.
- If the vehicle is returned in a condition that makes it difficult to rent to the next customer due to the strong smell or damages you caused, the additional fee will be charged.
- Please return the vehicle with a full tank of gas. If you do not have a full tank when you return the car, it will be charged later.

Transportation service
- You can pick up and drop off when you arrive at Kansai International Airport (KIX), Osaka International Airport (ITM) and Kyoto Station.
- If you have other request places, please feel free to let us know and we will consider if we can or not.
Pick Up/Drop off at Kansai International Airport (KIX)

- One way (pick up or drop off) = 30,000JPY + Tax
- Two ways (pick up and drop off) = 50,000JPY + Tax

Pick Up at Osaka International Airport (ITM)

- One way (pick up or drop off) = 20,000JPY + Tax
- Two way (pick up and drop off) = 30,000JPY + Tax

Pick Up/Drop off in Kyoto Station

- One way (pick up or drop off) = 5,000JPY + Tax
- Two ways (pick up and drop off) = 8,000JPY + Tax

- Meeting Points = Station Motor Pool (just 3 min walk from Kyoto Station Hachijo Guchi gate)

Long-term discount
- 10% discount on basic rates for long-term rentals of 3 nights and 4 days! !
- 15% discount on basic rates for long term rentals of 7 nights and 8 days! !
※ However, departure from the evening is not included on the 1 day. Please be careful when making a reservation.
Re-reservation service
Cancellation fees will be refunded in full if the reservation is made again within six months, and half if it is made within one year.
Repeater discount
With gratitude to our customers, the basic rate will be 10% off if you make a second booking (more than 2 days) in less than one year from the last booking.
※ However, departure from the evening is not counted as one day. Please be careful when making a reservation.
※ It is limited to application with the same borrower (contractor).
