Reservation note
- Please contact us as soon as possible if your reservation changes. We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you will be notified by the previous day at the latest.
- A consent form is required for drivers under 25.
- If you do not contact us for a week after we have received a reply, we will cancel your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please be aware that there will be no telephone contact from us after booking. (Contact is only email.)

Article 1
ilinx inc. (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) believes that it is our responsibility as a company in the information society to protect our customers’ valuable assets, such as their personal information. Based on this recognition, we will strive to appropriately manage and protect the personal information entrusted to us by our customers in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
Article 2
Personal information means information about a person such as name, date of birth, gender, phone number, email address, place of work, bank account number, credit card number, driver’s license number, etc., which can be used to identify a specific person by combining one or more of the above.

(1) We will use your personal information only within our company (with the exception of Article 5) for the following purposes.
(a) For the performance of duties at the request of the customer
(b) To communicate with the customer
(c) To inform our service contents
(d) To analyze case studies for the purpose of improving our services
(2) When we need to use personal information for purposes other than the above, we will ask for prior consent each time. Without the consent, we will not use any personal information.
(3) Whether or not the customer provides us with their personal information is at their discretion. If the information is not provided, we may not be able to provide the services described in this document.

In order to respond to inquiries, we will ask the customer to provide us with the minimum necessary information for the intended purpose.

We will not disclose any personal information to any third party except in the following cases as stipulated in Article 23 of Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

When we outsource all or part of our business to a third party, we carefully select the outsourcing company on the condition that they implement a management system that can appropriately protect the customers’ information and strictly manage them.

Customers may request us to disclose or correct their personal information, or request to stop using, providing, or depositing them by contacting us. In such cases, we will respond within a reasonable period of time after confirming the identity of the customer.
