2.Quotation => Pre-booking => Booking confirmation


Please make a reservation from the temporary booking form.  We will send you the estimate and invoice (PDF).


Please check the contents of the quotation and if you are interested, please send an email to us. Once we receive your email, your “tentative reservation” is completed.

※Please let us know even if you are not interested.

※If you do not contact us within 7 days after we send you the quotation, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

※Personal information received from customers will not be used for anything other than sending information from us and will be strictly managed. If you wish, we can return a copy of your license after your rental date and delete your personal information such as your email address on our computer.

About pets

※Please contact us in advance if you wish to bring your pet along for the ride, as there are certain rules and regulations. For dogs, basically only indoor dogs are allowed. Please contact us if you would like to know about pets other than dogs. (Please note that unauthorized pets are subject to liability.)
※A copy of the certificates for the mixed and rabies vaccines is required.
※We carefully clean the vehicles after each ride.
※However, if you are allergic to pets, please refrain from pet friendly vehicles. We are not responsible for any trouble that may occur.


Payment can be made with credit cards. We will send you a credit email after the estimate and invoice. Please make a payment there.

Booking confirmation

Reservations will be made upon confirmation of payment. Until then, the reservation remains temporally and is not completed.

※Please kindly understand that rental fees must be paid in advance.



3.When you visit our office

When you come to our store, it is necessary to present your current address or a document that can verify your identity.

Please prepare the following points.

  • International Driver’s license
  • Passport
  • Credit card for deposit as 100,000JPY
  • If you have pets, a copy of the certificates for the mixed and rabies vaccines (required only for pets).

The deposit will be returned if there is no problem when returning the Motorhome.


4.Before departure

  • Please come to our store to pick the car up.

There is no pick-up from the nearest station. However, if you request us to deliver the camping car to Kansai Airport, Osaka Airport and Kyoto station as option depending on your request.

  • You can leave your own car at our parking for each rental car.

However, please note that we are not responsible for any car problem. If you are planning to bring more than one car, please contact us in advance.

  • Please note that it will take about 30 minutes to explain how to use our car and its insurance policy at the time of pick-up.
  • If there is more than one driver, driver’s licenses for all drivers are required. Please remember to have them ready.
  • If you do not show up after one hour of your rental time without informing us, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and payment is non-refundable due to cancellation.
  • If we think it is unsafe to drive the vehicle due to a natural disaster, typhoon, etc., we may ask you to cancel the reservation. In such a case, the full amount of the rental fee will be refunded.

* If the vehicle cannot be rented due to our reasons (accident, breakdown, etc.,) the full amount of the fee will be returned. However, we do not take responsibility for cancelation fees for other stuff (hotels, RV parks and other activities) that you had planned for the trip with our car.

  • You will need to check the condition of the vehicle (scratches & dents on the body of the car and any damages inside and outside of the car) with our staff.
  • If you wish, we will explain how to use the equipments.



5.Return to our office

  • Please return the car with a full tank of fuel. If the tank is not full, you will be charged for fuel according to our regulations.
  • If you wish to extend the rental time, please contact us in advance. If you extend without contacting us, you will be charged a penalty fee in accordance with our regulations. Please be careful.
  • If traffic congestion is expected, please leave early and be on time. Please contact us as soon as you know you will be extending and approximate time. (If it is a busy season, you might not be able to extend so please be aware of the time.)
  • If your delay affects the next rental, you will be liable for compensation.
  • At the time of returning, our staff will check the condition of the vehicle.
  • Please note that you will be liable for compensation if your accident or unannounced delay prevents the next rental.

~About cancellation during the rental~

※If you wish to cancel during the rental period, please contact us for approval before returning the vehicle. In that case, the basic charge for the unused period will be refunded but a separate cancellation fee will be charged.

~About cancellation~

※Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change your reservation. If you do not show up after one hour of your rental time without informing us, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and payment is non-refundable due to cancellation.

With regard to cancellation fees, we offer a full refund if you make a re-booking within half a year, and a half refund if less than one year.

※If the vehicle has been used by a previous customer and has broken down or is no longer drivable, the reservation may be cancelled for safety reasons. Please check the rental car agreement for details.

※A predetermined reservation cancellation fee will be charged (Please take a look at attachment).
