If returned from 9:00 to 12:00, it will be treated as “half charge”. “Half rate” applies from rental of 1 night or more.
One day of our basic rate will be within our business hours (9: 00-18: 00).
All fees will be paid in advance. If payment can not be confirmed by the designated date (the date set by our company), it will be cancelled, so please be careful.

We have started a regular holiday return service! ! Unmanned return service was introduced after 18:00 PM.
The extra charge is half the usual price and is very good value! Please understand that we can not lend only on holidays. All vehicles are equipped with a drive recorder, which allows customers to check when the engine was turned off.
If you return by 18:00, you will be charged an extension fee later, so please transfer it to a designated account.
The extension fee is usually 2,000 yen per hour, but for unmanned return customers, we have made half an hour 1,000 yen! Because the unmanned return service is popular, in addition to Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays, it will be applied to return after 18:00 on weekdays. Therefore, the extension fee is a half price of 1,000 yen, which is very advantageous.
You can use it for savings even on side roads and traffic jams. Note) Please contact us in advance when extending.
One car for each rental camper car will be stored free of charge.
We will keep it in our garage, but please be aware that we can not assume any responsibility for any problems such as vehicle accidents, theft or damage of the storage vehicles and equipment. Please do not leave valuables, etc.

“I’m glad! Traveling with pets”
Pet-friendly vehicles are limited to indoor pet pets. You will need a rabies vaccination certificate for vaccinations within 1 year and a combined vaccination certificate. If you do not have a certificate, you can not ride.
This is because we consider campers to be equivalent to hotels and ryokans. Thank you for your understanding.
Being able to discipline the toilet. If you are concerned, please wear pet diapers.

There is no need to put pets on the gauge, but placing them on the bed is prohibited. It will bother other customers.
If it is judged that delivery to the next user is difficult due to the occurrence of significant odor, hair loss, breakage, etc., you will be required to pay suspension compensation (20,000 yen / day).
Return full gasoline and return it. If it is not full at the time of return, please be careful as it is an eye measurement with a gauge and will be expensive.

Previous day delivery discount

If you can pick up by 16: 00-18: 00 the day before the commencement date, the rental fee for the day before will be 5,000 yen.

If you are carrying luggage the day before, set up a destination navigation system, depart during the night when the road is open, or if you are a little worried about driving, try a trial run, , Very convenient service.

If you have a long-term rental for 3 days or more, the rental fee of 5,000 yen for the previous day will be free.

If you take advantage of the previous day’s pickup discount, it is not included in one night.

Re-reservation service

With regard to the cancellation fee, if you make a re-reservation within half a year, it will be a full refund, and if it is less than one year it will be a half refund.

With gratitude to our customers, the basic rate will be 10% off if you make a second booking (more than 2 days per night) in less than one year from the last booking.
